tools for regional innovation
The business world in the Øresund Region is characterised by locally rooted, small and medium sized enterprises with activities in the international market. To ensure that these enterprises can fulfil the local demand for social and environmental development, while at the same time meeting the increasing demands of a competitive market, there is a need to implement strategies and tools for sustainable development and innovation.
The focus of the project is on innovation and development in small and medium sized enterprises that are located outside the centre of the Øresund Region (e.g. outside Malmö-Copenhagen).
The project is divided in to two phases. The objective of the first phase of the project is to identify successful tools and working methods. This identification is done via knowledge exchange between members from the business world, the public sphere and the academic sector, who has previous experience in the field of innovation.
